When change or new hurtful events appear in our lives it can trigger a trauma response cycle that presents as fear. This episode is for you if you are ready to embrace the journey towards working through trauma in a safe environment. The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt-out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt-into the life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength. The ultimate goal of the podcast is to help women achieve Opting Out of Struggle.
