The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt into a life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength.

However, itβs time to pivot our mental focus. Dreaming in the affirmative and actively pursuing the relationships we want in our lives is the key to fostering a life of positive social support and nourishing connections.
