You don’t have to settle for non-reciprocal relationships on any level in your life. This episode is for you if you are ready to learn how to repair boundaries so that you can take better care of yourself. Stay tuned til the end, to learn more about today’s homework assignment. You will be so glad that you did 🙂

The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt-out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt-into the life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength. The ultimate goal of the podcast is to help women achieve Opting Out of Struggle.
