Meet Kelley

In this episode, host Kelley Bonner and her guest Dr. Amber Thornton conclude their discussion on the concept of Opting Out of All or Nothing Motherhood. What does achievement mean to you? Is it a degree or certification, or is it the recognition of wisdom and growth within, or is it a combination thereof? This episode is for you if you are ready to redefine what achievement means to you, facing and actively releasing false thoughts about “motherhood” from your mindset. More, more, and still more is within your reach in 2023. Stay tuned til the end, to learn more about today’s homework assignment. You will be so glad that you did 🙂

The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt into a life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength. The ultimate goal of the podcast is to help women achieve Opting Out of Struggle.
