The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt-out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt-into the life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength. The ultimate goal of the podcast is to help women achieve Opting Out of Struggle.

EPISODE HIGHLIGHTS
Did you know that in the summer of 2020, a lot of non-black people and just people of different generations were really asking what the black experience is like today. Plus, they were willing to listen and learn. Many people just don’t know that burnout includes feeling underpaid, overworked either in the sense of you’re overworked because you feel like you have to work 10 times harder than everyone else, or just a workload that is being put on you is much greater than that of your non-black counterparts and not being able to really see a way to move up the corporate ladder. Don’t forget to check out Brianna’s Book In Our Shoes.
