Today I want to talk to you about the Struggle, and the Four Pillars that will help you to Opt-Out of Struggle with consistency. It’s time to affirm who you are, write your own story, be intentional, and establish a positive environment. This episode is for you if you are coping with multiple different mini-crises per day, worried about your physical health, a pressing assignment at work, or the fact that people don’t appreciate you at work. You might be burnt out of terrible first dates, disappointing partnerships, or struggling with your body image or your weight. There are so many different ways that the struggle is 100% real. But today, I want to challenge you a little bit. And I want to ask a question. The struggle is real, but does it have to be? Let’s talk about it.
