The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt-out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt-into the life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength. The ultimate goal of the podcast is to help women achieve Opting Out of Struggle.

Did you know that fear can be blocking you from the Joy that you deserve? Many of us battle fears, whether consciously or subconsciously, that stem from pain and scarcity or lack mindsets. However, by working through the exercises that Kelley suggests, you will be able to release many of the feelings that allow the fear to remain in your life. Now, you have got to do the work. But, if you do engage the work and get committed to welcoming joy into your life, it will happen.
