The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt-out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt-into the life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength. The ultimate goal of the podcast is to help women achieve Opting Out of Struggle.

Procrastination can present in your life in different forms. For many of us, fear is at the root of what is causing us to put off the idea of living until some time in the future. The thought of having to face pain from the past can be paralyzing? However, by working through the exercises that Kelley suggests, you will be able to release the things that are holding you back from fully experiencing life. You absolutely deserve to live in the “now” no matter where you are in the process. Today is the day to embrace your abundance.
