The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt-out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt-into the life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment.
