The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt into a life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength.

When cultivating safe spaces, start by taking care of yourself and figuring out what you need to feel safe within yourself and your life. Make your physical spaces safe in the sense of not just making sure it’s not a fire hazard, but make it safe in the sense that you surround yourself with beauty and things that bring you peace and joy. Consider creating a little meditation or prayer corner.Β Let today be the day that you say NO MORE to all versions of the struggle.
