EPISODE HIGHLIGHTS
Did you know that getting into a consistent practice of asking when you need it is a sign of strength? So many of us have been taught that being vulnerable and asking for help means that we are weak, but this is simply not true. Asking for what you need, when you need it means that you have the courage to do what is best for you. Let today be the day that you say NO MORE to all versions of the struggle.
