The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt-out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt into a life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength.

EPISODE HIGHLIGHTS

We have been conditioned to assume that in order to care for other people, we must be self-sacrificing. We have such deep traumas related to loss and giving ourselves away in an effort to ensure the future for someone else, at the utter destruction of ourselves. However, we do not have to continue down this path. We can shift our mentality towards that of true self love, void of any form of shame. Let today be the day that you say NO MORE to all versions of the struggle.
