The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt into a life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength.
Do you find yourself saying they’re great, but you’re noticing some pretty significant red flags about a potential partner? As a black woman, you deserve only the softest and most beautiful-est forms of love in your life. You don’t deserve screaming fights or emotional manipulation. You deserve words of affirmation. You deserve to be told you’re beautiful. You deserve to be told that being with you is a gift. Let today be the day that you say NO MORE to all versions of the struggle.
