Although we respect and cherish our elders, active daydreaming can be a positive way of opting out of struggle. This episode is for you if, are ready to give yourself permission to visualize a future filled with respect, abundance, and joy. The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt-out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt-into the life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength. The ultimate goal of the podcast is to help women achieve Opting Out of Struggle.

But it’s true. Intentionally visualizing the work relationships, personal friendships, and goals that you want for you life, directly contributes to bringing those things into your reality. By working through the exercises that Kelley suggests, you will be able to release the things that are holding you back from daydreaming all of the way into a struggle free life.
