Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. Did you know that one of the biggest things you can do to keep yourself out of a struggle is mindfulness. You have to really check in with yourself and ask yourself what brings me joy? Every single day ask yourself, how do you feel and what do you need? And when you are not feeling well then it lets you know that somewhere I’m out of alignment. Do self check in’s with yourself every day, like, am I happy in my current job? And remember, it is totally ok if the traditional 9 to 5 just doesn’t jive for you! Listen to yourself and follow your passion.
