The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt into a life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength.
Creating a list of all of the things that you have dealt with in a positive way helps you to get on a healthy routine with centering joy in your life. It is important to celebrate your triumphs in all of the ways that you can. Don’t wait for another round of challenge to happen before you acknowledge your progress. Let today be the day that you say NO MORE to all versions of the struggle.
