The Black Girl Burnout podcast is dedicated to helping black women learn how to opt out of the mentality of struggle while also learning how to opt into a life of joy, abundance, and good health, which is their birthright. Burnout can manifest in a variety of ways, including feelings of exhaustion, cynicism, and a lack of accomplishment. It is totally ok if you are experiencing more than one of the feelings at the same time. Being able to fully align with your truth is a significant sign of strength.

Oftentimes we don’t necessarily have control over what challenges show up in our lives. But, we do have control over how we face them, and how we start our day, and how we live our lives. That we have control over. So my homework assignment for you is to dream in the positive. Dream in the affirmative and start that by asking the question, What would your life be like if you didn’t have to overcome anything? Let today be the day that you say NO MORE to all versions of the struggle.
